This movie was not available in wide release. You most likely would have to travel to an "Art" theater to view this picture. In the spectrum of movie goers the "Art" audience is as far from the "mainstream" audience as the east is from the west. Slow build-ups, intense zoom lens, tight shots and an unorthodox direction of plot can describe a multitude of Art films and most certainly can describe Rampart. The only problem is that these characteristics were negative attributes of this film.
I didn't like a lot of things about this film and far too many things about those things I found repulsive. So, in the interest of time I would humbly ask that you just trust me on this. Your time can be better spent pooping, and I'm so serious.
World you rather clean out your system or watch Woody Harrelson do it on screen?... zoomed in??
